So much has happened since I last wrote. Brennan is playing peek-a-boo and it is the cutest thing ever. He covers his ears instead of his eyes and says the words clear as day as he uncovers his ears. I was gonna correct him, but it is just so darn cute! I guess we will teach him the right way later.

Brennan also got his first hair cut. He did not like it! I actually almost chickened out and didn't make him do it because I didn;t want to cut those curls. I kept hoping that his hair would get longer and make the curls straighten out a bit so I could leave it long. Instead they just kept curling up on themselves and making hime look like he had a lion's mane (with that red hair). I am glad that I followed through though because after the lollipop, cell phone, and a patient sytlist he is absolutely adorable and there is still a little bit of curl to his hair. Guess it was time for my big boy to have a big boy hair cut. There are pictures in the May photos.

We also got Amelia's hair cut. We cut six inches off and it is still below her shoulders. She wanted shorter and is was getting straggly. It looks really goo and it is a length that I like as well. She is still my little girl!

Brennan's new trick is climbimg on top of everything! The couch especially. He thinks he is a big shot when he is sitting up on the couch or Amelia's bed with the family. It is VERY hard to keep him down. Now if only he could master getting down. He falls tons because he is still learning that trick. He has gotten better and no bumps or bruises yet.

Lastly, Amelia started in her VPK class this week. It is just the transition period and she will only be in it for this week, but she was VERY excited. She has been asking me to go to VPK ever since she spent a day in there this past school year. I kept telling her when she turns four, so she was excited to start early. I used to think she had tons to say before. She debunked that theory this week with all of the talk about what she did in class. Her teacher will be the same in August and she gets to stay with her friends so we are both VERY happy.
